The club was established in year 1983. It was then little more

than a mix of woodland and bracken on the side of a hill

Over the years more
permanent screening has
been created with lines of

trees and the bracken has
been replaced with grass
to create a sunlawn.

With the hasty construction of
one or two "rustic" screens, the
founder members were able to

enjoy the sunshine and relaxing

atmosphere without the need for
clothing.

The hill has been terraced to provide a camping and games area.

The club house has been there
from the beginning. It now has
facilities for cooking, a wood
burner, comfortable seating and
a system of low voltage,

caravan style, lighting.

The club has a shower for use
in the summer. Water for this

is transported to the club by
the members.

Rain water is used for flush
toilets.
